PRIVACY STATEMENT

From time to time Canada Bread Company, Limited and/or Vachon Bakery Inc. (collectively, “Bimbo Canada”) conduct product and/or concept testing with participation from members of the public (“Testing”). In connection with the Testing, Bimbo Canada is requiring those interested in participating in the Testing to apply by completing the Screening Form. Bimbo Canada will use the responses provided in connection with the Testing.

For those applicants which Bimbo Canada determines in its sole discretion to not accept for participation in Testing, Bimbo Canada will only retain the applicant’s name and its reason for not accepting the applicant for Testing and will destroy the applicant’s Screening Form and all the other information provided thereon within one month of its determination.

For those applicants which Bimbo Canada determines in its sole discretion to accept for participation in Testing, Bimbo Canada will retain the information provided on the applicant’s Screening Form and any additional personal information Bimbo Canada collects from such person in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By completing the Screening Form and signing below, you agree to provide your information, including personal information to Bimbo Canada subject to the conditions set out in the Privacy Statement above.
